Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original Cloudies™ box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off
Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
